Interna Contract works on a turnkey basis. This means that the company takes total responsibility over its clients’ projects, from ideas to their actual completion. Interna Contract work ranges from arranging financing to the final shop-drawings, from production to logistics, and from installation to testing and after-sales assistance - with the guarantee to strictly adhere to quality standards, price and delivery terms agreed with clients.

The main steps of each project are the following:

Financing. The contract industry involves huge and complex investments. For Interna Contract, it is crucial to be able to support clients with both medium and long-term project financing. Over the years, Interna Contract Financial Department has acquired a significant experience, so that they can support clients with different financial opportunities.

Shop-drawings. Interna Contract design team, made up of experienced architects, designers and technicians, works on the outline project and carefully draws up the designs for each individual piece of furniture. Key design criteria are always in terms of functionality, quality of materials, sturdiness, aesthetics, cost emgineering, and the respect of national and international norms. 

Project Management. Project managers at Interna Contract are the clients’ main reference people all over the project execution. They plan and monitor every stage of the order, coordinate the activities of the different company functions and make sure that for each project the three fundamental objectives are achieved, i.e. the respect of agreed product details and standards, of delivery terms, and of budgets.
Logistics. Interna Contact Logistics Department is able to select the best carriers and the most appropriate means of transport to optimize delivery times and costs and meet clients’ deadlines, in the respect of international security and sanitary rules and procedures for the transportation of wooden materials and products (e.g. compulsory fumigation against wood parasites), as well as protection procedures against moisture, high humidity, or excessive dryness.

Production and Quality Control. Over the years, Interna Contract has built up a solid productive know-how, and can now guarantee flawless quality at highly competitive prices. This applies to both large scale production, made with cutting-edge technology and machinery, as well as small-scale or even one off custom-made items, characterized by non-standard shapes and sizes, hand-painted or engraved sections, and special finishes. During production rigorous quality controls are carried out by Interna Contract specialists to ensure that each final piece is crafted to perfection.

Installation. Interna Contract specialised personnel carry out and insure the installation and fitting out of all joinery works, carpets, marble, ceramics, plasterboard and iron. Interna Contract site managers guarantee the perfect installation of the contracted work and coordination between their work and other companies on site.

After-sales assistance. INTERNA CONTRACT gives a warranty for the products supplied for a period which is contractually agreed for every single project.
Moreover, INTERNA CONTRACT is ready to offer a post sales assistance, well after the warranty period has expired, for each project executed granting the client the most convenient price and conditions. This service does include the maintenance, refurbishing and/or replacement of “custom-made”  obsolete products.
