INTERNA CONTRACT offers to its clients a very innovative service consisting in the possibility to check on-line the progress of every order placed. After finalizing their orders, clients are provided with a username and password for accessing Interna Contract’s website private area. The opening page of this area will display a list of all activities planned in order to complete the project, alongside with the production deadlines for every single product included in the order.
In this way INTERNA CONTRACT wants to set up for its clients an “open” system based on the maximum transparency, where information is updated in real time.
Clients will be able to verify the exact production status of their orders as though their were actually visiting Interna Contract’s production line, like, for instance, they will know if a certain product is under varnishing, or ready for despatch, or already on a truck.
